It started with Pizza Sundays — and the realization that we couldn't find ingredients that tasted like Italy. So we went back. Friends fed us. Chefs taught us. Tiny pasta shops in Venice and Rome showed us the format.
Pasta Press is the result: centuries-old recipes, imported ingredients, affordable prices — fast enough for a busy day, real enough to feel like Italy.
